2. ¿Para qué trataremos sus datos y sobre qué base jurídica?
Gestión del programa de fidelización: Tratamos los datos proporcionados por nuestros clientes en el formulario de reserva de la web www.elspinsresort.com para gestionar su alta al programa de fidelización de EMAR HOTELS, tramitar los descuentos, premios y/o recompensas correspondientes, así como para remitirle, a la dirección de correo electrónico que nos haya facilitado en su reserva, información comercial sobre ofertas, descuentos y promociones en nuestros servicios.
El tratamiento de estos datos se basa en el consentimiento que prestó al marcar la casilla correspondiente al programa de fidelización incluida en el formulario de reserva. No prestar su consentimiento o retirarlo no condiciona la reserva o la prestación de los servicios contratados.
En cualquier momento podrá solicitar su baja del programa de fidelización enviando un email a contabilidad@emarhotels.com.
3. ¿Cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos?
De manera general conservamos sus datos durante la vigencia de la relación que mantiene con nosotros, mientras no solicite su baja del programa de fidelización y, en todo caso, durante los plazos previstos en las disposiciones legales aplicables y durante el tiempo necesario para atender a posibles responsabilidades nacidas del tratamiento.
